Warranty

Reef-Beam UK offer a 2-Year warranty with all our LED lighting panels.

Our lighting can be replaced or repaired at no extra cost within 2-Years of the original purchase date provided that breakdown or damage is in conjunction with normal use as per instructions.

  • Warranty is related to Reef-Beam UK products only.
  • Warranty void if cover seal is damaged or removed.
  • Warranty void without production of registration card and dealer stamp.
  • Warranty limited to 1-Year on fans and power supplies.

Reef-Beam UK reserves the right to decide on repair or replacement.

Repairs

Reef-Beam UK have received a number of enquiries regarding repairs and replacement parts for similar looking led aquarium lights, Unfortunatly due to safety aspects we are unable to take on and carry out such repairs. We would refer anyone seeking repair/replacement of such units to contact the original supplier or to seek help and advice from trading standards.

Due to safety aspects we are unable to take on and carry out any repairs or replacements in part or full for similar looking (None Reef-Beam UK) LED Aquarium Lights. We would refer anyone seeking repair/replacement of such units to contact the original supplier or to seek help and advice from trading standards.

Please note: Our Service department will only repair/replace genuine Reef-Beam UK lights, all of our lights are clearly marked Reef-Beam UK  and carry a unique Reef-Beam serial number.

Refunds

Reef-Beam UK operates a 14-Day refund policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with the goods or service you receive, simply return the goods within 14-Days of receiving them for a full refund.
